Pre-announcement is mandatory for all cargo requiring assistance (un-)loading the cargo (from) onto truck/trailer/barge/rail.

Pre-announcements to be forwarded latest at 11.00, 1 working day prior cargo delivery & pick up (2 working days for rail and barge operations).

Pick-ups and deliveries outside above mentioned hours are possible by appointment.

* Gate Passes can be obtained by pre-announcing a planned pick-up or delivery, provided all administrative requirements (e.g. customs document available, all local costs paid, liner release,...) are fulfilled.
** Additional service request like customs formalities or other need to be arranged at least 1 working day prior pick-up of the cargo.

About this Port

The terminal is fully fenced and equipped with high voltage (9,000 volt) cables. The fence is covered with tarpaulin and protected by crash barriers. The gates are manned 24/7 and closed after office hours and during weekends. The whole terminal is equipped with motion-sensitive video cameras with night vision and DVD recording. The whole terminal is ISPS approved. Random patrols are employed.
