Normal functionality: EDI messages (with exception of some e-mail based interactions), ATT, EQP, FAPS, GEMS, WEBCA, WEBSI, WEBIT 

Disrupted functionality: Email/Outlook, VOP, EQP, WEBIT, CQS 

Recovering functionality on all applications has our highest priority and we hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
