Deadline extended for the 2014 customer survey.


There is still time to participate in WWL’s 2014 customer survey. The deadline has been extended until 31 October, so please take this opportunity to tell us what you think about our products and services, and how we can be even better going forward.

At WWL your feedback counts.

It is vital for us to understand how our customers feel about our products and services. We listen carefully in our daily contacts and ask for your feedback in surveys. Once a year we send out our annual customer survey, which is made up of a series of questions about your experiences with us. It is sent out in early October, so you should have received the email in your inbox.

The survey offers a great opportunity for you to tell us how we can improve our offerings in order to completely satisfy your shipping and logistics needs. We use the customer survey to implement relevant, targeted improvements as part of our goal to serve you better.
