It is our collective focus and commitment to excellence that makes a significant impact on the minds of our customers.
The Partner-level status is Deere & Company’s highest supplier rating.
The honour was given in recognition of WWL’s dedication to providing products and service of outstanding quality as well as its commitment to continuous improvement. Suppliers that participate in the Achieving Excellence Program are evaluated annually in several key performance categories, including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and wavelength, which is a measure of responsiveness.
John Deere Supply Management created the programme in1991 to provide an evaluation and feedback process for suppliers that promotes continuous improvement. Accepting the honor on WWL’s behalf during formal ceremonies last week in Davenport, Iowa, were Doug Peterson (CAM for John Deere), Axel Wege (CAM Support General Manager based in Germany) and Bob Fransman (SCM Contract Manager based in Belgium).
“WWL is proud to accept this special acknowledgement from John Deere,” says Doug Peterson.
“Thanks to all of the WWL team members worldwide who share in this honor. It is our collective focus and commitment to excellence that makes a significant impact on the minds of our customers, and we look forward to many more years of impressing the John Deere account.”
