The Port of Baltimore is the leading auto and RoRo port in North America thanks in large part to WWL’s major customers and commitment to the port. Since WWL’s strategic agreement with the port 15 years ago, the overall volumes of RoRo and autos have more than doubled, from 0.764 million tons (2001) to 1.863 million tons (2015).

As for WWL, the company handles more than one million tons of cargo annually through its network of facilities, covering ocean transport, terminal services, equipment processing and auto processing. WWL works closely with Ports America Stevedoring and the Maryland Port Administration to constantly improve both its product and the efficiency of its operation, and in 2015 it signed a new agreement with the latter to serve the Port of Baltimore for another 30 years to 2045.
