Ocean transportation is changing rapidly. Decades ago, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics pioneered the designs that led to today's state-of-the-art pure car truck carriers (PCTC) and roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vessels.
Today, we are moving from specialisation to flexibility to gain the best for our customers, without compromise. This has resulted in a fleet with more than 60 PCTC and RoRo vessels, a strong fleet that can handle all types of cargo - container, static load or roll-on/roll-off. Through this innovative thinking, we can meet the needs of our customers cost-efficiently, rapidly and with dedication.

Capable of carrying up to 7,600 cars on 13 decks, our PCTCs feature as many as six movable decks that can be raised to accommodate high and heavy cargo such as trucks, buses, tractors and bulldozers. This also allows us to transport special cargoes carried on roll trailers supplied by Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. Ramp capacity on these vessels is 320 tons, maximum heights of loads is 6.5 metres and the maximum load per square metre is three tons. |

Roll-on/roll-off carrriers (RoRo) |
Our RoRo carriers represent the latest developments in maritime design, with a capacity of up to 7,500 CEU's. For greater stowage flexibility, in addition to cars, these vessels are capable of carrying RoRo cargo, as well as project and heavy lift cargoes. With a maximum load of up to ten tons per square meter, the six decks can accommodate high and heavy and special cargo. Ramp capacity is up to 420 tons, maximum cargo height is 6.4 metres and maximum width is up to 12 metres. |
