In 2008, WWL introduced a solid performance management system called People Performance, which aligns company strategy and values with planning processes and individual performance. The programme encourages accountability so employees understand what is expected from them, how to support WWLs overall strategy, and why accomplishments achieved through values-based behaviour are recognised.
